This was a combination of a five-year project and a one year project. The timeline is summarised below.
Seeing is Believing (SiB) Phase 5 Standard Chartered contributed US$1,000,000 to a budget of US$1,250,000, for a project from 1st April 2014 to 31st March 2019. In July 2019, a No-Cost Extension was provided to 31st March 2020 to address a budget underspend of $77,778. This underspend was reallocated towards other activities. In May 2020, a Letter of Variation (LOV) approved a No Cost Extension to support the COVID-19 response. Expenditure was allowed up to and including July 2020. This authorised procurement of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for frontline health workers and consumables.
